Shipping Policy


SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We do ships worldwide, excluding Nicaragua, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Sudan. Le Petit Placard reserves the right to not ship to countries it sees unfit to receive items which may be lost or stolen.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed Monday through Friday not including weekends and public holidays. Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information. 

  • Shipping information cannot be updated or changed once the order has been placed. Le Petit Placard is not responsible for return to sender fees. As precaution please make sure that all information under shipping is correct before finalizing your order.
  • We cannot make any changes to an order already placed. If you notify us prior to your order being shipped, your order will be cancelled and you can replace it at any time. Please note that once an order has been completed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • Orders with higher value will be shipped with a signature required to prevent lost/stolen packages. Please make sure you are available to accept the delivery on the scheduled date.

Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund or pay any custom fees.

**Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays. 

 

 

We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders. We use an international express service which can take from 2 to 4 weeks delivery time once the order has been shipped (shipping time varies per destination). Please note that this does not include customs processing delays.  

All international orders require a signature upon delivery. In the event that an attempted delivery is made, you will be required to collect your item at your local post office.

 

TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. 

All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Le Petit Placard is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. 

 

Taxes and Duties

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note that in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages up to 45 business days.

SHIPPING INFORMATION CANNOT BE UPDATED OR CHANGED ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND SHIPPED FROM OUR FACILITY. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ALL INFORMATION UNDER SHIPPING IS CORRECT BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR ORDER.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
